We’re thrilled to announce our first confirmed chef for this years festival……. local legend James Golding!

The Savoy Hotel, Le Caprice, Soho House New York and most recently Group Chef Director at The Pig Hotels. James brings a wealth of experience to his festival demonstrations, showcasing his signature style of sustainably sourced modern British cuisine.

You may recognize James from Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, or hosting his podcast ‘Always In Season’ in partnership with Maple From Canada.
