The masters of the grill and barbeque will be demonstrating on the Highcliffe Recreation Ground over the festival weekend.

Times of demonstrations will be available shortly


Highcliffe Library

The Library will be providing free activities for children throughout the day on Saturday 1st June.

Check out the flyer for details and times. No need to book, just turn up and take part. 

Also  please note that this activity is taking place in the library itself and not the Recreation Ground. The Library is located in Gordon Road, just off the traffic light junction at the Chewton Glen end of the village.

SATURDAY, 1st June


Shake, Fizz and Pop! With Rachel Hills of the Skylight Kitchen


Saturday 1 June at 10.30am, 12.30 and 2.30pm – sessions last one hour

The children will learn what makes bread rise with a fun, explosive experiment. They will then make a delicious homemade flat bread and churn their own butter to which they can add their choice of flavourings to accompany the bread.

SUNDAY, 2nd June


Join us for a fun packed chocolate workshop with award winning chocolatier Kerry Witt from Chocolates by Miss Witt

Sunday 2 June at 10.30am and 12.15pm. Sessions last for 1hour

Learn all about chocolate where it comes from, how to taste chocolate and the science of chocolate. Children will learn how to temper chocolate with a fun test, followed by learning how to pipe chocolate to make chocolate shells. They will then make chocolate lollipops to decorate with sugar sprinkles.

The Sheep Show

The Nationally acclaimed live stage show about sheep is edu-tainment at it's best. A great attraction for all ages, with breeds of sheep, shearing and the famous dancing sheep. It's a fun and an educational look at sheep, wool and "Let's talk Farming"
